MFL Teacher

We are looking for a qualified MFL teacher in French and German (KS2 / KS3) to join our high performing, vibrant and successful school.   We have a highly motivated and dedicated team who enjoy working at our school. Performance is one of the best in the North East (97% of students achieving expected in Reading and 94% in Maths) and due to this we have exceeded our admission numbers to accommodate more pupils.  The school has excellent support from parents and our newly appointed Governors have helped contribute to our culture of excellence.

 We are looking for someone with strong subject knowledge and a real passion for learning. We would be very happy to consider an applicant who proposed to diversify into another language.  The post is equally suited to an experienced or newly qualified teacher (NQT) with a track record of excellent teaching performance.

Teaching Assistant

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and self-motivated Teaching Assistants to join our high performing, vibrant  and successful school.  We have a highly motivated and dedicated team who enjoy working at our school.  Performance is one of the best in the North East (97% of students achieving expected in Reading and 94% in Maths) and due to this we have exceeded our admission numbers to accommodate more pupils.  The school has excellent support from parents and our newly appointed Governors have helped contribute to our culture of excellence.

 

A Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent is essential at level 3 or above, together with excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.  Versatility is an essential attribute as you will be required to work on a one-to one and small group basis, as well as within the classroom to support the learning.  A willingness and capacity to work across the middle school phase with learners of varying needs and abilities is vital for the role.

 

We would be interested in candidates who have experience or a qualification in working with pupils with specific needs such as ASD or ADHD.

Lunchtime Supervisor

We are looking to appoint lunchtime supervisors to assist teaching staff with monitoring pupils during lunchtime and to ensure the well-being and safety of pupils in line with the schools policies and procedures.

This post will be over 5 days / 6.25 hours per week.  We would consider a job share post.
