Home Learning

Pupil Websites for Home Learning

Pupils can access home learning resources on any devices,  laptop, desktop,  non-school tablet,  or even a phone.

If they need any help with passwords,  they can email  Mrs Stephenson (bev.stephenson@wellfieldmiddleschool.org.uk), or a message can be sent to the school via the SchoolGateway app.

Home Learning will be shared via Google Classroom.

In order to login to Google Classroom, they will need their school email address (firstname.lastname@wellfieldmiddleschool.org.uk) and password.

The student will need to join the class called ‘Year x Home Learning’

English

Reading
Reading regularly at home is vital for all children of all ages and abilities.

Writing
Sometimes the terminology children have to learn about writing these days can be tricky. We hope
this useful glossary is helpful in deciphering those trickier terms.

Spelling:
In Wellfield we use SpellingShed to practice and set spelling tests. All children are given their own login and password.
