Summer School
Transition July 19 – 23 2021
Wellfield Middle School ran a summer school from 19th July to 23 July 2021 for our
new Year 5 cohort. The transitional summer school was implemented to
build a community with their fellow pupils, forge relationships with new teachers and
familiarise themselves with their new school environment.
Our summer school programme invited each student from our new incoming cohort to
attend the week’s summer camp to allow students to feel more confident and
comfortable in their new learning environment.
