FLU VACCINATIONS for Reception to Year 7 (inclusive) children
During the summer holidays you should have received a Flu Letter and Consent form from the NHS for your child to have the flu Vaccination in school. If you have NOT completed and returned this in the Freepost envelope that was provided or you can not recall returning the consent form, please complete another (form attached). This is to be returned to the following freepost address ASAP.
